Did I eat alright today?

So Im trying to lose weight and just eat healthy in general one of my resolutions was become vegetarianso I was wondering did I eat okay? : Breakfast: 1 crepe with nutell A pear fruit cup Green tea with honey snack: Pretzel sticks and water lunch: A grilled cheese sandwich on made with whole wheat bread mild cheddar and I subsituted butter for the actual grilling of it with olive oil Organic tomato soup and a fruit cup again Snack: A fruit cup. Dinner: Vegetable soup with a muffin it had veggies beans in it. Dessert: A fat free jello cup. And I just had some crackers. Like 3. Am I doing okay? I know its not perfect I can improve in some places and Im trying hard to make my meals balanced for calcium I really dont like eggs and milk etc so I take calcium pills daily. I am including walking in for my exercise I walk on the treadmill. Also the fruit cup for breakfast and lunch had only 70 calories in them and the one for my snack was one I bought at school that had all sorts of fruit. Plus I dont really count calories and the muffins were homemade.

    not great. instead try this…..
    breakfast green tea with splenda 0 calories
    a special k waffle…. 90 calories for one whole waffle
    or a bowl of fiber one cereal 100 calories
    snack try a fruit
    lunch have a salad or a piece of fish or grilled chicken or an omlet. the grilled cheese sandwhich is really not healthy. if you really want it try 100 calorie flat bread with some fat free melted cheese no oil
    ps fruit cups have caloriessss…. alot
    muffins have about 500 calories in them. thats a ton so be careful with that

    Sounds real healthy did you include some exercises with your health plan? You cant lose weight and keep it off without both GoodLuck and keep up the good work

    Alright your breakfast has carbs all over it. You gotta cut that out by having some eggs cheese fruit but getting rid of the nutell the sugar and the honey.

    Your snack was okay but the pretzels still have a lot of carbs if you already have a lot of carbs.

    Lunch has a lot of carbs and the tomato soup has a lot of carbs. Try a salad for some vegetables and carbreduction and some salmon for some protein and fishoil.

    The fruit cup for a snack isnt bad as long as sugar isnt added.

    The dinner is okay but it has a lot of extra carbs as soup and muffins tend to do. Try some chicken for protein and a grilled vegetable.

    The dessert is okay.

    Youre doing alright but youre lacking in the protein sources and you have a lot of extra unneeded carbs.
